I entered the field of massage therapy 15 years ago with the intentions of helping people become the best version of themselves. My experience comes from 5 years spent working in a chiropractic office followed by 10 years working in the spa industry. I believe that massage therapy is vital for overall well being and for preventative care as well. Through massage, I can help you to relax using Swedish massage techniques or help to loosen up tight muscles applying deep tissue massage techniques.
